I always knew I was going to be rich. I don't think I ever doubted it for a minute.

 

Ø  나는 내가 부자가 될 것이라는 것을 의심해 본 적이 한번도 없습니다.

 

It takes 20 years to build a reputation and five minutes to ruin it. If you think about that, you'll do things differently.

 

Ø  명성을 얻기에는 20년이 걸리지만 그 명성을 잃는 것은 단지 오분이면 충분합니다. 이 점을 우리는 깊게 생각을 해야 합니다.

 

Somebody once said that in looking for people to hire, you should look for three qualities: integrity, intelligence, and energy. And if they don't have the first, the other two will kill you.

 

Ø  사람을 고용 할 때는 그 사람의 다음 세가지을 보십시요: 고결함, 지혜, 그리고 열정입니다. 그러나 만일 첫번째인 고결함이 없다면 다른 두 가지을 소유한 사람이 당신을 거의 죽음으로 몰아 갈 것입니다.

 

We simply attempt to be fearful when others are greedy and to be greedy only when others are fearful.

 

Ø  많은 사람들이 투자을 할 때는 조심을 할 필요가 있고 그리고 많은 사람들 주식시장을 두려워 할 때는 욕심을 내어야 합니다.

 

In the business world, the rearview mirror is always clearer than the windshield.

 

Ø  Business을 하다 보면, 과거는 항상 정확하게 보입니다만 미래의 일은 확실하지가 않습니다.

Ø  나는 내가 무엇을 잘못했는지 설명할 수 있기을 원합니다. 설명을 할 수가 있다는 것은 내가 완전히 이해을 한 후 결정한 것입니다.

 

I never attempt to make money on the stock market. I buy on the assumption that they could close the market the next day and not reopen it for five years.

 

Ø  나는 주식시장에서 돈을 벌 생각을 전혀 하지 않습니다. 나는 특정한 주식을 구입하면 그 주식을 앞으로 5년동안은 팔 수가 없다는 가정하에 주식을 구입합니다.  

 

Risk comes from not knowing what you're doing.

 

Ø  위험성은 당신이 무엇을 하는지을 알 수 없을 때 동반됩니다.

 

I don't look to jump over 7-foot bars: I look around for 1-foot bars that I can step over.

 

Ø  나는 무리한 욕심을 내지 않습니다. 단지 내가 감당할 수 있는 일만 선택합니다.
